The Pittsburgh Steelers are playoff-bound but look shaky after dropping their last three games. Mike Tomlin needs Big Ben Roethlisberger and his team to get their mojo back asap. But it won’t be easy against the Indianapolis Colts, who are coming into this game as -2.0 (-112 888sport) road favourites.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Indianapolis Colts, NFL, Heinz Field
Is it time to hit the panic button on Pittsburgh?
How quickly things can change in the NFL. A few weeks ago, the Pittsburgh Steelers seemed like the best team in the league, especially after starting the season 11-0. Now they have dropped their last three, including an embarrassing loss to their division rival bottom-feeders, the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Steelers’ remaining schedule is tough, including this week’s matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, who boast one of the league’s better defenses. It’s an alarming situation for the Steelers, considering that they haven’t scored more than 19 points since Week 11.
The Indianapolis Colts were able to hold off the Houston Texans in Week 16, thus bringing their record to 10-4, which is just one win shy of Pittsburgh’s 11-3 record. This is a tough game to predict since Pittsburgh in a position where they have to do something to stop the bleeding, especially at this point in the season where losses like the one they suffered to the Bengals are unforgivable.
The Colts are fighting to topple the Tennessee Titans for the AFC South crown and a secure spot in this year’s playoffs, so they’ll go at the Steelers with everything they’ve got.
I can’t imagine the Steelers getting their offensive game back this week against the Colts, but I also can’t see the Colts scoring heaps of points on their defense either. It will be one of the more interesting games this weekend, but I think this one will be all defense.
